1. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open worldwide to individuals who are at least 13 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Kahlea Pendleton, Alita Climbing, EmpressThings, their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and household members are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws, and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
3. Giveaway Period:
Entries will be accepted online starting on January 22nd and ending February 5th, 2024. All entries must be received by February 5th, 2024, 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time.
4. How to Enter:

- Tag a climbing buddy in the comments. Each separate comment with a tag counts as an additional entry.

5. Prizes:
The Winner(s) of the giveaway will receive a custom plushie chalk bag from EmpressThings. No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted except at the sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner(s) will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the sponsor. Winner(s) will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within seven (7) days following selection. Kahlea Pendleton and Alita Climbing shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
7. Rights Granted by You:
By entering this contest, you understand and agree that Kahlea Pendleton, Alita Climbing, and anyone acting on behalf of the sponsor, have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, and statements about the giveaway.
